Alvarado Medical Plaza Pharmacy Delivery Policy

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your medication(s) our pharmacists are always available Monday thru Friday from 9am-6pm*. If you don't have a question and you need your prescription refilled please call our Refill line at 619.287.5082, we check this every 1/2 throughout the day and we will return your call the next business day.

 • We offer a "Fee based Delivery Service" for $3.00 for all your prescriptions delivered once per day
 • We offer a "Mail-out Service" for the fee of shipping using Fedex or USPS

For Refills, please call 48 to 72 hours in advance of needing your medication, we DO NOT do EMERGENCY DELIVERIES. We ask for this advance notice to ensure the proper time for the following:

 • Contact your physician for refill authorizations (if needed)
 • Acquire new/expired TAR's or insurance prior authorizations (if required)
 • Obtain medications that are not stocked or out of stock
 • Prepare compounded medications (this takes time to prepare)
 • Have your prescription(s) ready ahead of weekends or scheduled holidays
